After 40 years with this practice which has previously provided a good service I was shocked to receive a letter telling me I was being removed as a patient from their list due to my address being outside their area. I have not moved in 30 years! The letter gave no signposting or advice with regard to what happens with repeat prescriptions which I rely on. Inevitably that then caused issues and great concern. A very sad end to my time with this surgery.
Never had any issues with getting appointments. The team right from reception to the nurses and doctors are excellent. My prescriptions are always issued promptly and i can honestly say it's the best surgery in the area.
Doctor Dhalivaal refused to issue me with a fit note. I lost a days pay from work and had to take the surgery to court. The judge ruled in my favour and the surgery has to compensate me and pay costs. I have since moved to another GP.
Been a patient here for just over a year and i have been very impressed. I am always able to get an appointment promptly. The reception staff are very helpful and the doctors are thorough and excellent. I am very happy i joined here, it's a breath of fresh air in comparison to my previous surgery. Keep up the good work!
There are honestly 1 or 2 staff members that are amazing and helpful.nThe rest are useless, rude, arrogant and do not care about people. Why work at the GP if you hate people?nWhy contact us outside of business hours but refuse to speak to us? Why do I get blocked by a receptionist who doesn't even know the basics or human conversation?!nAbsolutely the worst interactions to have just before Christmas.nHave a great time at the practise, as I hope you all get what you dish out, I hope when you are ill & scared, you get to talk to someone who clearly doesn't care about what your saying AT ALL.nif your wondering if you should join theis GP ... DONT. You will have odd appointment times usually only 1 choice or not appointment available over a month of calls no call backs about mental health but the receptionists will ask you in front of everybody about your self harm & suicidal thoughts.nWhat a joke.
