Administration and reception team are amazing, they’ll try their best to help all. Huge thanks to all of them! The clinical nurses and midwives are also amazing. They go above and beyond for their patients. It’s a shame the same care, compassion and empathy is not reflected in the care offered by the GP’s. In my experience, gp appointments are always rushed and treated as though everyone is the same. My care plans are never carried out, referrals and different procedures always lost in the system and during gp appointments, I almost feel judged, never treated as an individual and haven’t felt confident enough to discuss my issues effectively; leaving nothing but a misrepresentation of my true health. Ultimately I feel misjudged and like a burden..
I can only say good things about everything and everyone. I have never had a problem and have always been treated with respect and care. All are lovely and instantly put you at ease. The reception staff are super helpful and will certainly help if they can. I genuinely feel cared about by all staff.
Moved over to this surgery a few months ago and I have been pleasantly surprised. Getting appointments have been easy, follow-on referrals/appointments have been quick and I haven’t had to chase. So far so good!
