Had rooms booked for 4 nights and it was paid in full straight away.We were going to the Liverpool game but unfortunately our flights and the game has been cancelled due to the weather.We made a phone to see if we could get a refund or change the dates and were told that The Anfield Rezt refuses to do anything.Very bad on their behalf and I will plaster bad words about this hotel all over the website facebook and am putting it in papers.How bad is it ..we didn't ask for the weather to change and cause disruption to flights and football games.
