Great experience there, the hosts are so lovely! They made me feel very comfortable and were always available to help out. The place itself is nice and clean, the rooms are comfortable. The bathroom was outside the room shared between around 3 other rooms but it was not a problem. The bathroom was always clean. The bedroom did have a small additional room with a toilet and a small sink. Overall it is a really nice place. The bus stop is within walking distance of the city centre. Definitely recommend!

We stayed at pats end of April 2014,and was not dissapointed ,pat and family were lovely and the guest house was homely and clean,breakfast was delicious!! thank you again pat and we will see u soon. Liverpool fan from peterborough
