it is not a hotel/guest house, it is a pub with 3 rooms above it, karaoke on until very late, no consideration for their guests upstairs, I would never have stayed there if I knew it was a pub, sleepless nights, rooms ok.

Horendous!!! Don't book it! We showed up to a boarded up building and the contact number unrecognised!!! Book somewhere else!!!!!!!
