Great location, nice hotel. Good value for money. I’ve booked from Booking.com with no sea view room . But they surprise me with sea view although it was fully booked. Exactly face the Brighton pier and the sea. I loved it so much will go again

Great price, bit shabby, but pleasant. Amazing views, one big downside was the food. Breakfast was uneatable and overpriced. I mean it was the WORST breakfast, could only eat the beans and tomatoes. Don't even think about it..

Ideal location. Rooms were clean but the whole place could do with bit of a refurbishment. But I enjoyed my stay staff were great and sea view room was amazing
