Visited here for Sunday Roast. Had the Beef and the Pork Belly. Absolutely delicious. Asked for a smaller portion but was still provided with an ample dinner and Yorkshire puddings included with the pork as well as the beef! Opted to have a dessert too...the chocolate brownie and Crumble tart were amazing!
If you like speciality drinks, craft beers and ciders but you also want a buzzing atmosphere this is the place. Usually busy but not too much that you don't get a seat. Friendly staff with a good covid protocol but keeping the nice vibe... I also took my dog inside.
Empty pub, Bad atmosphere and rude staff. Challenged me about being medically exempt from wearing a mask even though I explained my health conditions. Wouldn’t let me sit down unless I had a “medical card”. Offered to prove my medical condition still didn’t want to listen. Left on principle and never going back
Always a pleasure to be here for socialising or for food! Good energy and fast service considering the restrictions currently in place! Staff were lovely!
Nice vibe, good beer selection unless you're a former heavy drinker who can't deal with hangovers anymore. As much as we love tasty beers, please always have a Carling/Fosters option for us soft lads.
Was for first-time and I really liked this pub,I liked the food, the wine. The staff was nice and polite. I definitely recommend this place!
