We had a Superior double next to what we believe was a staff bedroom? T.V on at 5.30 in the morning doors banging, coat hangers sliding etc... paper thin walls. Not what you would expect really from an advertised Superior room. Saying that we did come back late from a wedding the night before, so I guess we had it coming...Lol. Nice staff and bar, very polite. Wouldn't stay again thou because of the building...

Great location in Horncastle. free parking. room was spacious and very modern. liked the smaller touches like bottled water in the rooms. Staff were lovely and we really enjoyed our stay. Great cooked breakfast!

Very nice atmosphere food was nice but nothing that interesting. Spoilt by having to wait over half a hour for for dessert well we cancelled the order and paid. This is not a reflection on the waiting staff

The car park has plenty of room and the entrance is well lit and welcoming. Whilst walking through to the bar all the staff greeted me and everywhere was clean and well designed. The bar was efficient and easy
