What a great place. Staff were amazing and made me very welcome. Gorgeous food. Lovely beer and a warm feel to the place that makes you want to stay. I visit here every time I visit Edinburgh. They welcome my dog also with a bowl of water and a cuddle.
Really good, efficient C-19 system in place. Friendly staff and at no time did I feel stressed because of close customer contact....best bar so far. Accepting walk-ins if they have space and nothing is a bother. All sanitisers, track and trace and a one way system in place. Well done to the team.

What a surprise, first time up the stairs and it was brilliant. Great service, amazing prices compared to the usual high Edinburgh bar prices. The menu was very good.
If you like Old & how it was, back in the day fixtures & fittings. This is the real Deal. No skeletons, real live up to date lively staff.
