Lovely old worldy place good staff good choice of ales
Had a really nice meal and a drink here.Staff was friendly and very polite .Food came out quickly and was hot!! The interior was really nice and I would highly recommend it if you're in the area.
Not been here for sometime. Took about 15 mins to get served at the bar as only one serving. One on app orders too. Ordered a second drink on the app at 16.22 Drinks arrived 16.41nFirst pint was poor so had a safe bottled beer second time. Service like this keeps me away. Moved on to better beer and good service!!
This was a fantastic pub to visit with my family, having a sleek design including the pillars and lights! The counter is well-presented, staff were friendly and drinks appropriately served in plastic cups for taking outside on the day of the Soapbox racing. I enjoyed the good range of alcohol, Chicken Wings with Naga Chilli sauce and Chips sitting comfortably at a clean table where we all had top service!
Typical 'Spoons interior & YES, toilets upstairs!! but lovely venue. As usual, great choice of real-ales at fantastic prices.nDefinitely a 'Spoons to off
