Great place. The food is up to the Wetherspoons standard. Just one problem. The male manager is absolutely awful. He is one angry man who just wants to fight with customers. He will not give his name so cannot name and shame. I will take a photo the next time I am in to show to head office.
The staff are rude, I’ve been here 3 times and every single time the staff have singled us out simple for being young, not to mention the food is awful i was fed out of date mayonnaise with my chips. I forgot my id, and accepted i wasn’t drinking , but then he wouldn’t serve my friends simply for being with me forcing me to spend more money going home and back in a taxi just so my friends can drink, absolute joke. 0 stars if i could.
Had a really nice meal and a drink here.Staff was friendly and very polite .Food came out quickly and was hot!! The interior was really nice and I would highly recommend it if you're in the area.
This was a fantastic pub to visit with my family, having a sleek design including the pillars and lights! The counter is well-presented, staff were friendly and drinks appropriately served in plastic cups for taking outside on the day of the Soapbox racing. I enjoyed the good range of alcohol, Chicken Wings with Naga Chilli sauce and Chips sitting comfortably at a clean table where we all had top service!
Awful workers, disrespectful, CLEARLY hate their job. minimum wage faces need to smile more and be polite, won’t be returning, keighley Wetherspoons is 5 stars compared to this dump.
