Bought car here, service car here....why because the service is great. Every single time they provide quality. They are helpful and ensure that I walk away knowing the work has been carried out to a high standard. I can't fault Thame Cars and would highly recommend.

Their hourly labour rates are massively expensive - more than most main dealers - and they will take every opportunity to upsell as much work as possible (tracking etc etc).  

Avoid at all costs.

A great service at Thame Cars - they really take the time to understand your needs and match you to the right car. Everything about the car is explained with care and attention to detail - form test drives to taking you through the various functions of the car when you come to pick it up. We're really pleased with our Ford Focus, and couldn't have asked for a better experience buying it.

I would like to thank Leon and Peter from Thame Cars who I used recently to purchase a new car. 

This was my first experience buying a car through a car dealership, having previously bought privately. 

Before Thame Cars I had visited other dealerships where the service I received was less than personal, the sales people were either too pushy or the opposite, completely disinterested. 

Contrast this with the experience I received at Thame Cars where Leon and Peter came and met me on arrival. Within 30 minutes or so I had a test drive and had decided which car I want. It was ready for me the next day. With no pressure tactics or dubious upselling.

I anticipate this car will last me a good few years, but if I am in the market again I will definitely use Thame Cars again. 

I would happily recommend them to my friends and family.

We hired a van for the day from Thame Cars in order to help with a house move and were absolutely thrilled with the service we received. The chap who did the paperwork on the day and checked over the van was incredibly helpful and courteous, leaving me totally reassured that we'd be looked after and that we wouldn't have any trouble on returning the van. The entire process was a breeze from start to finish which was just what we needed to deal with an otherwise stressful weekend. Thanks very much!!
