I have passed this restaurant a few times, but this time I was hungry for some lunch. The lunchtime set menu is great, with many options, also some without gluten too or can be made without gluten. It is spacious and bright, excellent friendly service from Leonie. The food is super fresh and beautifully presented, and when it says it's a green Thai chicken curry, it has a good amount of chicken in it. Nice little accompaniments on the side. It's a fab place to eat and good value. Will be back with friends.
Lovely place, extremely tasty food. We hard pork red curry and short rib curry, both very good! The service was amazing, our waitress was delightful and the manager was very attentive. Got a shot of amaretto in the end which was a nice touch. Stared it on my map and will defo recommendFood: 5/5
Cute little restaurant serving authentic Thai cuisine in the heart of Clapham Common. Visited following an advise of a guy who claimed he’s going there for 20 years and never been disappointed. Came with quite high expectations and left absolutely satisfied and happy. Food is truly delicious, one of the best Thai in London hands down. Special thanks to the waiter Alexa, incredibly friendly and made as feel so welcome, well done! Highly recommended and definitely will be back very soon.
Had a lovely meal at the Pepper Tree. Food was fresh, flavourful, and had all the right flavours. There is a good range of vegetation and Vegan options, and an interesting cocktail menu.Food: 4/5
Nice find! Food was tasty, well presented, reasonably priced and service good. This is a no frills restaurant, where you sit at long tables with many others, and the noise levels are quite high, so not always easy to hear those your dining with as everyone is shouting to make themselves heard! That's a bit of a downside to this place, but would recommend for the food.
This restaurant never disappoints. I love the satay chicken starter and the prawn Pad Thai , the green curry is fresh and spicy. The price is fair. Leonie was friendly and just the right attentive for our meal service. I recommend it highly.Food: 5/5
I had an amazing dinner at the Pepper Tree and the staff were fantastic and welcoming. The food was incredible and gorgeously presented, especially the green chargrilled chicken was very delicious. I will certainly be back to celebrate with my friends.Food: 5/5
Ordered online. I was pretty disappointed with the food. The sticky rice came in a bag I assume they boiled it in. It was very overcooked and all stuck together in a mush. Salt and pepper squid was fine, but didn't have much flavour and the red Thai curry was also pretty bland with the majority of flavour coming from the coconut milk and heat of the chillies rather than the curry spices themselves. Looks nice if you want to dine in though and have the option of returning rice if it's not edible.
