Had a tom yum soup and the ingredients appeared a bit end of life.. then moved to a beef red Thai curry. Not a huge amount of beef and over cooked and chewy. Said on window there was an award winning chef. My guess is that it was either his night off or maybe his award was for pottery or cycling... Edible but not brilliant...
Beautiful wood carvings and interior decor. Friendly, polite staff. Food was superb- vegetarian dish of red curry veggies and tofu. Large serving. Had a great meal experience.
Good food and nice furniture. Love the new design of the place. Staff very friendly especially lady on the bar counter.
Went at lunchtime for the 2 course for 10 quid. Had very nice laarb for starter. tasted as good as in Thailand. I love laarb. Owner and husband are very friendly. a good dining experience. nice decor too
My go to Thai good in Oxford. There are a few good that restaurants but this is my favourite as the food is always fresh the atmosphere inside is lovely and the service is great. They will also tailor dishes to your spice tolerance which is important for me.
No longer Thai Orchid. But still Thai and still nice food. Menu is a lot more basic, but this works in its favour.
Not the best of service. Food was very slow to arrive. Only one starter when two were ordered. The main meals arrived at different times and with one of the meals the rice was awful and had to go back. No apology just a shrug of the shoulder. Food was So So and too be honest fairly average.
