My partner and I went on a date night here after neither of us going to TGI Fridays in years and having fond memories of the Ribs, alas those are just memories now, the ribs lacked meat, the corn on the cob was bland and dull which we think they try to hide with a cajun flavouring the sprinkle over the top. The lighting was too bright and gave my partner a headache, they also need to sort out the walls, the majority of the old toys used for decoration are missing parts which were obviously there when the decor was originally put up or they are just missing all together with the only remnants being the screws and string that used to hold them to the walls. A big shame as both of our fond memories and one of our only evenings out without children was tainted by a poorly kept and run restaurant.

Ad with some of my other reviews. Call ahead! The veggie options were all out when I visited. I was offered a meat alternative by the lovely but misunderstanding waitress.. Bathrooms clean but upstairs. Accessible loo on entry level. Busy lively and great cocktails/mocktails. Great deals when you get the app too!

Lovely stuff but couldn't say that about the food. You get some nice deals with the app and when they've got any promo going on but the food is poor I'd say. It doesn't look great on the plate and I was given my burger cold...

Went to TGI Fridays on easter Sunday at bluewater. When we was shown to our table, for 4 of us we had trouble getting into the booth as was small & to add my husband put his hand in a very old rotten banana. We reported this to the manager and asked to move tables. Shortly after we'd moved tables, a large very unpleasant group of people where seated next to us which made it difficult for us 4 to talk as could not hear over the noise. We asked for the bill as soon as had finished eating & my husband spoke to the manager who understood our concerns.

Awful place that waste your time. You are told it’ll be 20-30 minutes to get a table and after waiting, you are made to wait another 30 minutes and a further 15 minutes. Waiting 1.15hrs for a table when the restaurant has multiple empty seats it’s just silly. Also had a group come 30 mins after us, but because they sat at the bar, they got seated next to us within 5 minutes. Shocking!! The food is an oily mess and disgusting. You get penne floating on oil. Avoid avoid avoid!!!
