Always a pretty decent experience here! We ordered mozzarella sticks and chicken fingers and both were good. However, it is quite overpriced for some basic food. Staff are always lovely and friendly and even when it’s very busy, you’re always served quickly.
Great service and wonderful food. We were seated upstairs which was nice as we hadn't been up there before. Our waiter Erran was very good. Restaurant and toilets were clean.
Think we may have caught them on a bad day as this wasn't the TGI's experience I know and love. Food was not to spec and lacked a bit of love and care. Steak sandwich was a bit flat with no garnish, chicken strips tasted great but again came with a bit of roughly chopped iceberg. For the price you pay you expect the WOW factor and it wasn't there, even the Frozen Strawberry Daiquiri had no fruit garnish? Small details but they do matter. Service was excellent and really friendly. I'm a massive TGI fan so hopefully this was a one off.
Really nice meal, excellent attentive service, wasn't a long wait for the food and the steak was cooked fantastic well. Spot on. Even went for the dessert which was very nice.Food: 5/5
Typical franchise style and menu. The service is excellent, professional and friendly. Especially Matthew does an amazing job, thank you and special thanks for recommending the mural trail - people make Glasgow. Good music and atmosphere. Vegetarian options: Quite a few options for vegetarians Kid-friendliness: Good and almost healthy kids menu Dietary restrictions: They ask upfront about any restrictions
Loved the vibe here. It's best to book ahead as the place is always packed full from the instead to the make shift tents and sitting outside else you'd have to sit at the bar like we did. I must confess it was nice watching the bartenders do their thing.
I really liked the tex mex salad, it was fulfilling and a new thing added to the menu. Hot wings is one of the best thing you can find in a TGI fridays menu, i always order it. Potato skins had a little raw taste of potato skins, but the bite with beef and cheese was still nice.Recommended dishesMozzarella Dippers with a Hot Marinara Sauce & Basil Aioli, Chicken Hot Wings
We had dinner there last night excellent all round food service and surroundings. Mathew served us and was attentive and very pleasant We had booked as it was my treat from my daughter for dinner and see Marti Pellow. Great choices on menu and was very busy but no trouble searing us and attending to us. Will be back soon many thanks makes a difference when you have a great experience dinning.
There portion sizes are honestly absurd for the cost! However the decor and ambiance of the restaurant was very nice and we got given nice seats by the window! Didn’t have a reservation but they still let us in for a meal!
A lot better than the last time I was in TGIs in Silverburn, really good with kids, made my daughter a balloon animal, lots of things to keep her occupied and the food was good even for vegetarians which is usually limited there but they had a few more options. The frozen cocktails were amazing! Vegetarian options: A lot better selection then previously offered. Kid-friendliness: Very good with kids they even made my daughter a balloon animal
