I am a very nervous patient but was made to feel very comfortable by the great staff and dentist and will be happy to visit again.

I had to have 2 teeth out and new dentures made. Dentures don't fit and was told not to eat with them as they are only cosmetic. They sent me elsewhere to have the teeth pulled as they were not confident to pull them. This was 2 months ago. They said i would have to pay another  £250 to have dentures i can eat with but would have to wait 3 months. This surely is not fair.

Staff not helpful at all trying to put their point across over the phone. Called up to see what time my appointment was as I forgot and I daint receive a reminder text on my phone but they have decided to take me off the register now but they can make u wait for up to half hour to see a dentist but if you forget your appointment they kick you out pathetic.
