As stated by other reviews, staff are appallingly rude, like nothing I have ever come across. On at least three occasions they have told me my parcel isn't there as they can't be bothered to look for it. Yesterday the man told me not to get parcels delivered there and claims they don't get paid for it. All parcels on the floor, it's verging on the unbelievable. Avoid at all costs.
Today, May 31, I wanted to exchange a 13 kg Calor gas bottle and pay for the service, but the salesperson at TEXACO Fuel Station refused to serve me. I am a loyal customer who feels discriminated against because I had to turn back. Regardless of the reason for the refusal, it is unacceptable for the sales service to be denied to me. In this way, you will face the loss of customers and the alienation of loyal ones! I was faced with an ugly, even mediocre gesture! From now on, I will avoid using your company's sales services, and I will certainly make this case known to all my friends!
Never have yodel labels - not worth the trip
Very rude staff! The person behind the till told me I shouldn’t be buying the chocolate bar because I’m fat and he’d have to make the doors bigger. Incredibly overpriced too.
Went in Tuesday evening to return a parcel and was told system was down , went back today and another staff member told me that was not the case there was nothing wrong with the sysyem !!! Shouldn't be offering this service if the staff can't be bothered to do it .!
Opening hours incorrect. Walked 2 miles to drop off an urgent collect+ parcel and they were closed. Is it really too difficult to ensure opening hours are correct? Both on collect+ website and on Google!
Review of their Revolution outdoor washing machines. Machines always filthy and poorly maintained, price is a complete rip off! Paid £35 to wash & dry 2 loads and despite deliberately underloading the machines half the laundry came out of the washing machines bone dry and completely unwashed! If you're touring in a camper don't waste your money on these outdoor machines, same amount of washing came to £12 in the laundry at a 5 star campsite, price of one night on site £22
They advertise the stars reward program which is almost never working cause you can't claim your vouchers and a lot of times can't even scan your points, I'm having to look around Bournemouth to find a place where I can claim my 10 pounds off after topping up at their station for more than 1000, waist of time. I've submitted a complaint to them a few weeks ago which still hasn't been answered or addressed.
Was on fumes this week thanks to panic buyers. Called this morning, open at six. Got down to be third at pumps, got my £35.21 of diesel - hard to stop at exactly 35 limit! Noticed woman before me who took ages did 40. Queue building as I left, loads of horn papping. These are the people causing the issue not the forecourt staff. Great station, but road can be busy without all this. Big smile from the cashier when I thanked him for answering the phone. Don't give these hard working guys a bad time!
Very friendly staff here, I've always found them no matter what to be very pleasant and helpful. It was manic today with the panic buying fuel, they get a delivery every day brilliant place to fill my truck
