The service is pathetic, I was visiting this weekend. The service went through the nighty box, I ordered coffee. Not only did she make the wrong coffee I asked for, I also had to ask for sugar. It’s the cashier out of anger that I want something more from her, throwing that sugar to me like a for a dog. I felt humiliated for coming here to take coffee. I do not recommend coming here. As far as I understand from the comments, this is not the first time I was so "kindly" served. Shame on the bp management for not seeing what’s going on under their noses, and even more ashamed that such disgusting people are still doing the job
I have just spent ten minutes waiting on the phone while the attendant at 10:15 am Sat, 9th October. was chatting in his native tongue on a subsequent call to someone else, having asked me to wait. All I was enquiring was the price of LPG and if it was available. BP really needs to get a grip of its quality of staff! This is completely unacceptable, especially as they are now the only LPG pump in the Bournemouth/Poole conurbation.
Only one star due to filthy toilet. Ironic as there is an MFG sign on the toilet door promoting hygiene. Sad. So glad I didnt buy any hot food here before seeing the state of the toilet. Won't be back.
Yet again no LPG, 13/4/21, LPG/Autogas now back on as of 8/7/21. 79.9p per litre No LPG/Autogas again, 29/7/21, No Autogas 19/9/23, come on BP sort it out.
Absolutely ridiculous. I paid for a coffee, then coffee machine packed up, the idiot behind the counter wouldn't give me a refund while they arsed about with the machine trying to get it to work. 10 mins later I walked out with a hot chocolate I didn't want because it was obvious I wasn't getting anywhere. I think that is really poor customer service & I won't use this station again. Also wasn't asked if I wanted to swipe my nectar card. EDIT I also bought a packet of 'funtime JAM doughnuts', which, when i got home, turned out to be chocolate flavoured !! Thank god I didn't put any fuel in the van, god knows what would've happened.
Would get a higher rating if it wasn't so darned hard to get in and out of. There is a duel carriage way on one entrance where exiting is just plain dangerous and then the other side you have 2 junctions within about 3 feet and then a crossing. Getting out there is almost impossible too. Nice friendly staff.
To fill up full tank took me 10 minutes and pump didn't stop automatically. So about 1 litre blow over on my car, keys, shoes, ground etc. I asked San and his colleague about help and told them to close pump number 7 to avoid other damage. But surprisingly they said that this is normal both served other customers and even didn't help me or put any sand on the ground where diesel was. What a service! Disappointed!!!
Do not use this petrol station as I was racially attacked by a member of staff and then because we had Costa cups in the car he tried accusing us of steeling the coffees from there express section until I showed him a recept. I didn't get even an apology.
Don't deserve even 1 star! Very poor customer service! Three different staff members at three different days have no knowledge how to swip, how to check, how many points you have in this BPme rewards card ? How is this possible!
