Tesco offers decent fuel at reasonable prices. Pumps can be confusing: which ones are pay-at-pump only and which offer pay at kiosk service? I never know!
Plenty of fuel points, but some are pay at pump only. The 24 hour pumps are pay at pump after the kiosk has closed.
Don’t advertise yourself as 24 hour if you’re not 24 hour, simple as. Three cars showed up within minutes of each other and none could actually get petrol as Tesco decided to lock up all the pumps and leave no sign to reflect this change.
Rarely can you visit this site and there's not a problem. Always has Pumps 'out'. Today, 28/12/23 it was Pumps out AND no kiosk service so only pay-at-pump A mess, and mess lorded over by a supermarket chain who regularly inflated prices, just to offer them lower to 'clubcard' holders, and even those prices are disgusting
Either they close ad they wish, or close the pumps, or don't habellvd fuel or don't have anyone inside the shop so they close the pumps on a rainy day. Save your time and go to any petrol stations down the road that are open till midnight snd sells petrol! I have driven here more then 6 times and had to go other stations down the road. Don't believe google maps, it is not open for 12 hours let alone 24
It's big, undercover and easy to use.
Scam at pump. We paid at the pump and our card got charged 3 times. One was for over £120 which you cant pay that much at the pump. We are out £200. Check your bank statements!!!!! This happened on 20-12-22 tesco was no help at trying to get our money back.
Lots of pumps so queues move fast, extendable hoses so can be used on either size. Car wash is near the back and seems OK if your car isn't THAT dirty. Staff are friendly enough. Small selection in shop but adequate.
Its a petrol station. I turned up, filled up and left. What more can i say? Did have a lovely chat with an elderly gentleman who had lots of poppies on his car. It looked great. There, said more about another customer than the petrol experience.
It has petrol and diesel, they have pay at pump, it is normally cheaper than others in the area, and if you are lucky, the kiosk is open! They also have air and water, a cash machine... and... a car wash! Can be a tight turn though, so when driving a winnebago it's better to take it slow, or approach from the car park side?
