Ordered a rear light through breakeryard for a rover 75. The light arrived broken in the packaging. the retaining clips were broken and had clearly been like this for a while. After contacting the company to ask for a refund I was informed that because I had signed for the parcel that there was no possibility of this. Looking at the clips they have clearly been damaged before packaging. The item is quite clearly not fit for purpose and can only hope this isn't there regular practice. I have never in my life asked a delivery driver to stand and wait until I check an item over before signing for it in my life and feel it would be very rude to do so. To make matters worse when invoiced it showed the incorrect amount not the amount we had been originally charged. I feel I have done all that I can with dealing through the correct channels before leaving a bad review but am getting no where.

I ordered a part via breakeryard, then after I paid and before they for filled the order I fixed the problem, they were very understanding and refunded my payment, cant get better customer service than that. Will definitely ping them first when I need more parts.

I ordered a rear bumper part for my Wife's RAV4 2005 model.  I gave TVCB full details on the part including the cars registration number.  The part arrived with an invoice with a photo of the car on it.  The part was for the wrong vehicle, it was for the 4 door version of my car not the 2 door.  The bumper had not even been washed and still had all the road dirt on it.
I liaised with Lisa by phone and sent the package back on 6th December. on the 18th I had not had a refund. I called and was asked to supply proof of delivery.  I did this and got an email asking how I paid.  I gave then the last 4 digits of my card but heard nothing.  In the end I called and was asked for my full card details and a refund arrived. The refund was £2 short.
At every point this company have put up barriers to make the refund process as hard as possible. My experience suggests that if you're not tenacious you will get ignored. If you do deal with this company make sure you keep all your paperwork.
Very unimpressed.
