For a store serving a large village, it’s not quite up to standard. The product selection is limited, and prices tend to be on the high side. One of the major issues is the frequent freezer breakdowns, which can be frustrating. That said, the staff who are on-site are fantastic – their friendly, helpful attitude is what keeps this store from dropping below 3 stars. Unfortunately, head office seems to prioritise minimal staffing, which leads to long waits at checkout, as you often need to pull someone from the shop floor just to pay for your items.
It's good needs more staff
Very busy on a Sunday evening! Have a reasonable selection available. Wasn't asked if I wanted a receipt, felt I would be an inconvenience if I did. So I didn't! Why does Tesco not give receipts, I assume they don't want their faulty products returned!! RECEIPTS SHOULD BE GIVEN ALWAYS!!!
Convenient little store for your essentials and forgotten items to nip out and get. Not much parking if you are coming from somewhere other than local. Wishing however the Ludgershall chavvy schoolboys would give up hanging around the forecourt, as if they have nothing better to do on a school night...
small store, good location, small amount of parking available, staff are friendly, fine for a quick top up on essentials but not ideal for a weekly shop.
