Reviews
Staff are friendly and helpful and making the best of difficult working conditions in the time of a pandemic. There has been noticeable delay in service at the the times when they fulfill prescriptions for those delivering to the vulnerable: I started queuing at 4pm once in a place that took a 20min wait previously but at that time had to leave after a 45min wait to attend another appointment. It may be more sensible to close the pharmacy at those times or extend lunch closing to fulfill those order to avoid frustrating other customers with a long wait.
The worst Pharmacy I have ever come across. All but one person has no customer services skills. They all need sacking. Poor people with illnesses need sympathy, not abuse. Bite your tongue ladies, remember your dealing with people in ill health.
The staff are friendly and I have always been treated with civility.
