The staff here are amazing! I used to take my Nan shopping here every Friday and the staff on the tills always made sure that they scanned the shopping slowly so I could help her put it away. They always greeted her with a smile and asked her about her day which was often the highlight of her week. Nothing is too much bother and they go above and beyond. I now do this shopping on her behalf - but the staff continue to be an absolute delight and are always on hand to help. An amazing service and everyone who works here is a credit to the community!
Tesco finest my arse payed £4 for this sandwich for it to taste like a rubber. The salmon might as well still be swimming, the bread was crumbling and worst of all the sandwich was cut in the most horrible way possible. It was outrageous. Who cuts a sandwich straight down and not horizontally?? Utterly gobsmacked by my experience. For anyone who’s thinking about trying the Scottish salmon & cream cheese sandwich. Do not. I’m ashamed Tescos.
Always check your receipt when shopping here. Last week I got charged for two loaves of bread even though I only had one in my trolley. This has happened to me several times in the past where the same item gets scanned twice and in a big shop you don't notice it unless you look carefully at your receipt each time.
Visited this store last week whilst visiting family ,nI am disabled and use a mobilty scooter the general public and staff were very kind , friendly, and helpful.nThank you all for making my shopping experience more enjoyable
The meal deal fridges had failed so I had to go hunting for the sandwiches, once found I couldn't progress as 3 members of staff where busy having a chat blocking the lanes , while one solo worker was actually cleaning a floor and doing a great job .nnWhen I go to the check out a large abrasive man barked past me to his colleague sue on the self serve , I decided as he was loud and shouty and clearly engaged in personal business to use the self serve.nnWhen i needed to check out , sue came over to ID me, a 40yo man. Well done .nnCustomer service where made aware and did say sorry for the experiencennIt's a shame this teaco doesn't yet have scan as you shop , as it would help limit the contact with these sort of staff
