Had my car Battery checked by Dan, in the Oswestry Branch, he said it needed a new one, so i had already enquired on phone before hand. So had one fitted, old one disposed of. Dan was very thorough & helpful. Great Lad, nice mannered.

Purchased an interior rear view mirror but didn't fit properly so I returned the item. The young chap that served me was very helpful and exchanged the correct item for me very quickly.nVery good customer understanding as well.  Keep it up!!

Absolutely 1st class service and bike very high quality, looks amazing!

Lovely store and lovely staff - but the store often seems  understaffed with customers struggling to find someone to help - and that may put people off going there to shop. It also adds pressure on the staff who are there.

We visited your Shrewsbury outlet today to enquire about a dash cam. Waited 10 minutes before venturing towards main reception. Joe then attended to us and was very attentive. We purchased suitable dash cam which is due to be fitted tomorrow. So far, good service but only gripe was we could not get through to Oswestry  to book a fitting and had to chance it today.
