I get fed up of doing reviews but my visit to Oswestry was definitely worth 5 * positive feedback. I had a free basic car check which was carried out by one of the staff who was patient enough to explain things and give advice. It was thorough and not rushed. The cycling department was tidy and well stocked with everything I needed. The staff are genuinely helpful and welcoming.
We've just bought a bike from the Oswestry store, served by a man called Ryan, he was very helpful, polite all round nice man! He answered all our questions we had, my daughter was super happy that we got to take the bike home the same day ready for her bike ability course she has coming up! We took out the 3 year premium cycle care also, it just made sense too ! Thanks for all your help & advice Ryan! Oswestry store is lucky to have you, keep up the good work!
Cannot rate Halfords Oswestry more highly. Dan and Toby were legends sorting my bike and Dan even fixed my little lads bike on the spot. There are always friendly faces and any help you need. Love that we have such a great store in our town.
My experience at Halfords, Oswestry branch has always been exceptional. Customer care is always a priority and staff are extremely knowledgable about their merchandise and most helpful.
Very rude staff member.nTall Gentleman in his late 50s early 60s.nGrey brushed back hair.nI was having trouble with the computer monitor.nHe shouts what's the matter!! across the shop,nWould have been nicer to ask how can i help.nI didn't quite hear him at first, so I asked him to repeat what he said.nThen he rudely shouts do you wanna get over her, instead of shouting across the shop mate.nIt was at that point that I told him to keep the item and I left the shop, without making the purchase.nNo wonder there's hardly any customers in the place. Very rude man.nI hope this is one of the shops that is closing.nWon't be going in there again
