We have used Princes for all the electrical and plumbing work in our new build plus the installation of an air source heat pump, under floor heating, solar panels and battery storage system.     When it comes to renewables there are few people who would be able to match Matt's knowledge.  Josh electrician and Jack plumber were brilliant - We took their advice on a number of matters and knew we would always get an honest and informed answer.   When they made suggestions for improvement we knew we would be foolish not to take their advice!   Josh came up with some excellent ideas for our garden lighting and we are really pleased with it.  There have been a few minor hiccups in communication with the office staff but we cannot fault the quality of the work that has been done.   On a job this size there are bound to be a few snags but these have all been resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.  Ultimately this is what matters.

I've now used Princes for the installation of solar panels, battery technology, and an air source heat pump - as well as conventional electrical wiring work.  I've always been pleased with the quality of workmanship, the friendliness of the staff, and the effectiveness of the installations.  Just occasionally there are hiccups in communication where I have to chase for answers to questions or the despatch of paperwork, but any such minor issues are generally quickly resolved.  I have no hesitation in continuing to use Princes, or to recommend them to others.

There were delays to our installation owing to the need to complete installations for those customers with green grants. Changes in management personnel led to some inconsistencies, but all staff were friendly and responsive, technicians worked hard and although there were occasional communication issues, we were impressed by the delivery of our GSHP. None of these issues detract from the quality of the installation.

Hi,  I just wanted to praise Reece for all his help in getting my Zappi charger installed, while he was working from home. He rushed through the install for me to ensure, I could get it in before the Gov changed the grant amount, but also before the Gov put the UK on lockdown. He was really helpful and communication was great!  Also to the chap who installed the Zappi today, he worked really hard and was very helpful. Once this Virus has settled down and the UK has gone back to normal, I will be in touch to go ahead with the Solar installation.  Thanks Mathew

I chose Princes as I THOUGHT they would do a professional tidily finished installation. How wrong I was, instead I was left with a feeling that my home and I had been assaulted. Horrid arrogant uncaring management, rude and untruthful that overcharge greatly for the standard of work given. Shameful behaviour from a "supposedly" professional company. Not recommended one iota. The reply by the owner is untrue. If you want your home to be hacked about and left in that condion, use Prince's. The installation was safe I hope, but if you want a tidy installation with a caring attitude please look elsewhere. The arrogance of this company is outstanding.

We needed to replace our heating system and we obtained quotes from a number of potential suppliers.  The knowledge and professionalism shown right from the outset by Matt made the decision as to who to appoint to do the job was a no brainer. As it happened they gave the cheapest quote by a small margin but we would have gone with them even if that wasn’t the case. We ordered a new air source heat pump system and photovoltaics. The engineers who did the work were very friendly, helpful and professional. The attention to detail and quality of installation was obvious. We both work from home and they worked round us to ensure noise was kept to a minimum when we were making conference calls etc. The proof of the pudding is that we now have a totally reliable system, and electrical bills less than half what we had before. If only every supplier was this good life would be much better!

I have had a number of installations completed by Princes LHS and never had a problem. I purchased a Tesla Powerwall my second purchase from them over the years and I’m really pleased with the amount it’s saving me each month. The guy I spoke to I think Matt was really helpful. Overall, very pleased.

Excellent service all round. Information was really helpful before making my decision  Nothing was too much trouble and I could contact them at any time with questions or advice. I was always informed beforehand when work was planned, and jobs were carried out in a professional and friendly manner.  All work was checked carefully and carried out to a high standard.

we have just had solar and air source  supplied and  fitted by princes LHS the admin , delivery , workforce,  and fitting were first class. hightly recommended.

Fantastic service, I have used these guys several times and they never fail to deliver sound expert advice followed up with top trades to complete the work at very competitive rates. If your in the market for going green and saving money, give them a call. Highly recommend!!!
