I've been going to Coombe Garage Tyres for years - I'd agree with all the other positive reviews.  
The one thing I dislike which I’d like feedback to the owners of the Group is why customers are routinely asked for personal information – tel number , email, home address etc?    It wasn’t a problem when I refused this information but I felt I was being awkward.
 What is this data used for and how is archived / secured, how long is it kept, is it sold on?   
I think too many businesses now ask for information that they don’t need and customers ought to be aware of the risks of giving away too much personal data.
Could an alternative be to introduce a loyalty card – customers could register and provide all the personal info requested, and their loyalty could attract a nominal discount.

Just wanted to add more positive feedback.  My daughters VW Polo needed a new exhaust. Having discussed with Tom on the phone he explained he needed to see it before quoting. Wife and daughter took it down -  Tom couldn't have been more helpful or professional.  We only needed a mid section.  Pointed out a few more things we needed to be aware of in the near future but no pressure to do unnecessary work. Happy with the price and very impressed with the service - what I'd call 'Old fashioned service' ( honestly and  respect ) really does make a difference. A first class professional service yet again today for a slow puncture. Have been using their service for tyres/punctures for years and always find them incredibly helpful, quick to serve and obliging. All the staff are amazing.
There is one particular happy chap who says he is a lookalike for the New Zealand film actor Russell Crowe (his Mum and Nan thank so too........you know who you are!). Go and see for yourself!
On a serious note though, thank you again for helping me back on the road Coombe Garage Tyres.

While Coombe Garage Tyres was a good outfit it's great to have tyre industry leader Protyre right here in Nailsea. Totally professional and good value.
