Service level from these guys is nothing short of amazing.nnSuper friendly, super knowledgeable and can't do enough for you!nnI'm on the other side of town and was there as I was staying with friends, but I'd be happy to travel that side of town to continue to use them.nnAll the staff there are a credit to your brand!
We urgently needed new brake pads and disks before we could drive home - all other garages had four week lead times. They were professional, polite, efficient and reasonably priced - what more could you ask for! Really appreciated them squeezing us in the same day, especially during a bank holiday weekend. Thank you!
The service is always excellent whenever I have taken my car to them. From phoning them to book in, to the service I receive in the shop, it’s always exceptional. They are professional and friendly and what I’m always grateful for is how they explain what work they have done in plain English and don’t make me feel stupid for not knowing what certain things mean. They also always tell you about the costs so there are no hidden costs, they keep you informed and the prices are also really reasonable.
I have used many years ago. Went to see them for new tyres recently. Really helpful and professional. Also highlighted problems with brakes which we thought another garage had replaced! Would recommend as they care about the service they provide.
After good service and efficiency over the last 2 years...I am very disappointed to say..that my last experiences were anything but! I definitely will not be returning! Two visits in the last 6mths have led me to this point!nA very rude man at the counter...not a fan of ladies..that's for sure! Totally disrespectful...should have complained really..but will take my business elsewhere instead!nThe man in question 'shouts' all day..at customers..like they are dirt on his shoe! He is SO loud that if you are in the waiting area trying to read or whatever...you will have no choice but to hear every word he says! A very unpleasant wait for your car !nNo more...I'd rather drive 20 miles down the road to be treated with respect...especially if you a woman in her 50's!nA bad, poor experience....!
