Good range but expensive - often astonishingly so.  Almost always a better bet to head for the industrial estates and independent autospares dealers.

Terrible service from manager. (7pm 24th November 2027). I am wanting to buy an E-bike for my partners birthday just after Christmas. I went in to the Berwick store on the above date, chose the bike and said would order. I then asked as a matter of good customer relations, would they slime the tubes and include in the price of the bike. The manager was not keen to, the best he would do was two for one. I was disappointed with the attitude and in the end said to forget the order. 
So for the sake of £5 Halfords have lost out on an expensive order from a loyal customer. I spend an awful lot of money in this store, that is surely the least they could have done. 
Very poor service.  
I will buy from elsewhere, eBay, Amazon ect.

A little average. It has most things for day to day car maintenance but don't go there for a special trip. Quite expensive.

got what we needed though there was barely a staff member to be found in the shop! Still, easy to check for availability of an item in advance online which is great.
