Used to be cheapest shop around, but these days just another store. Also, easy returns used to be their strong point, but now seems to depend on who you speak to.

Helpful staff.  One occasion I tried to buy a telly the day after the offer closed but they still honoured the sale price.  Another I paid for an article using self serve,  but forgot to use a voucher.  They quickly reversed the transaction and allowed the voucher instead.
