Not the first time shopping here but the first time using their car park. Top level carpark is always full and a mess when the buses are parked up and trying to exit. Decided to use the lower underground level car park.... Let me tell you something, DONT! So dingey and dirty. Dark and many lights blown and flickering, tons of bird poo. Signage for the store entrance is poor. You have the car wash men sitting around on the floor appearing like homeless people. Just for that, I wouldn't shop here again. Not safe for me and my child.
During a recent visit to Tesco Superstore at Lewisham, I suddenly felt unwell and dizzy while making a purchase. One of the staff members quickly noticed and went above and beyond to assist me. She offered me a chair, called for medical assistance, and even provided me with juice to help me feel better. Her genuine care and professionalism were exceptional. She and her colleague helped me find a comfortable place to rest, ensuring my well-being. I am truly impressed by their exemplary service and grateful for their kindness. Thank you, Tesco, for having such dedicated and caring staff members.
Ridiculous service! Pitiful how favourism goes around here. The bakery lady was hiding reduced items and offering to selected customers only .Next time might have security guard allowing such selected customers only.
There's quite a bit of parking outside. It only ever gets really full around the Christmas period.nnThe shelves are usually well stocked with produce. The aisles are quite wide. There's no deli counter.nnThere's a self checkout area for baskets and trolleys and staffed checkouts. It's always quite busy so there's generally some kind of queue, but it does move. The people watching over the self checkouts are ok at their job.nnThe petrol station is round the back. Don't turn into the supermarket parking but follow the road around the bend and you'll see it.
It's usually very well stocked and I usually find what I need. But where are the baskets?? Every time I come in, I need to walk all the way to the cashiers to find one. The staff don't seem to bother bringing baskets to the entrance like any supermarket would do... It's very annoying
