This place has to be one of the worst places I have ever been to. Failed mot saying numerous things were wrong with car and charging alot to be fixed. Took car to different mot centre next day come to find out there was nothing wrong. Would not suggest anyone in there right mind to go here.

Extremely disappointing. Tried to over charge me for hydraulic oil change & 2 year "guaranteed" tracking alignment that they only changed last year. When challenged they stated " sorry we never looked at your previous record" even though I used the same garage last year and had the work done. When I Iater reported it to their complaints section I was told it isn't standard practice to look at a previous cars service history on their database ! Was also told he had not heard of any problems before with this garage overcharging - obviously not seen the previous reviews on here then. Even with that taken off, the Service still cost me a kings ransom. Make me wonder if the other faults diagnosed were genuine. I have used Kwik Fit for a number of years. I will never use them again after this experience.

Seemed friendly however that didn't fix my car, and neither did the Kwik fit staff. Quoting me for unnecessary parts and 'losing' original parts? Went to local Garage, C&E Motors Greenwhich. Fixed it One Time!
