I ordered a spare part online, it was at a good price, well packaged and delivered really quickly.  But the after sales service was truly exceptional. Many companies today are keen to shift responsibility onto their suppliers: when the spare part failed, Selectric chose to provide perfect customer service, despite being let down by their supplier. I will unquestionably be using them again. Brilliant.

Requested a washer part on Saturday afternoon, got a text Sunday morning saying it was ready for collection. Great service and very helpful and knowledgeable staff, highly recommend!
