My Daughter and I visited the Featherstall Road store today and had lunch there. We were really pleased with the food and service. We had the vegan breakfasts which were excellent and lattes with a choice of soya, oat etc milks. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and everything was exceptionally clean. Well done everyone. We will definitely be revisiting and recommending this store. We'll done everyone. 5*****

The worker at the refunding part is super rude and when I tried to refund something she lied and then she called another person the other person said it’s okay but the other one said no she bought it on the 15 of march and I brought it in the 4 of April don’t u have 1 month to refund something this is unacceptable and the tone she had was making me furious and she laughed or giggled a bit when I left to rude the manager better fix this she worked at 3:30 on the 4 of April
Has most things you'll need but the only fresh meat available is halal which is disappointing
Worst Ever?nThis is by far the worst shop I have ever been in my life. Been going there every time that I'm in Oldham and every time these happens:nStaffs have no idea how to help because they have not been trained, staffs are always talking to each other, All the self-checkout tills are not working and way too slow and every time you proceed to pay they stop working, shelves are always half full or empty specially in vegetables, meats and drinks zones, floor never gets to be cleaned, the store smells unpleasant, people smoking right in front of the shop's main entrance, and so many more..nnI wonder why managers in charge of this Tesco or other higher ranked managers never check on this location! It's just fascinating how abandoned this place is compare to other Tesco shops across the country in terms of their own company standards.
