I Phoned up ordered parts spoke to someone called Damien Damowas told they would be delivered in the morning. No parts turn up Phoned again to be told Damo just gave a quote didn’t order them and his not her so we can’t ask him probably hiding under the desk So much for taking ownership. Phoned euro parts who where half the price and had it in stock. Seems to be requiring issue where majority of the complaints are from asian customers may be TPS employees don’t like Asian people? Mostly likely yes I won’t be using them again. Previous ordered door seal the guy on the phone didn’t know what door seal was sent the wrong one which then had to be returned. How stupid do you have to be to work her? I could go on on.
My brother Purchased ABS sensor lead and after 10 minutes he went to return it as the lead was the wrong lead. He was told by the customer advisor his manager was not in so my brother waited till the next two days when manager saw the returned part be accused my brother of using the part then he said the lead was cut when the leads come as it appear. Then the manager said its dirty and then said the box was dirty. The manager was the least helpful he was not willing to listen to him and declined any explanation the advisor sold him the wrong part. From his reaction and accumulations of returning a used part and then dirty box he said sell it on ebay. The service he got was poor and very unprofessional. This place will never be recommended and now he will be looking to report this matter to the trading standards as the wrong part was sold to him. This is disappointing from a established business and we will be making sure media platforms like twitter and Facebook are aware of this kind of service and misold good
I was told about this company by a friend and decided to order a part from them. The staff member that ordered the part for me was aware that I wasn’t a trader or a taxi driver. I was told that the part would be available on a certain day. I went to pick the part up and the counter was closed and I was told on the phone to collect it the next day. I called the company to make sure that the part was ready to be collected the next morning and I was told to come and collect it. I went to collect the part and I was told that they cannot serve me because I’m not a trader or a taxi driver. I will never be using this company again and I will make sure that none of my family or friends will use them. Absolutely shocking service and complete time wasters. I would give them 0 out of 10 because they are a joke of a company. AVOID AVOID AVOID.
This was the worst shopping experience of my entire life. This company has the worst levels of customer service imaginable, makes Fawlty towers look like a professional outfit. The manager is the most obnoxious professional I have ever dealt with. Stupid systems in place rude to customers , I watched them humiliate a humble Asian taxi driver. I would not recommend this pathetic company to anyone. Sanctions on this place.
Helpfull staff.pleasant and go out of there way to help you.
After using these places over the last 5 years on many occasions, they now only serve trade only and not publoc. In these times the public should be supported more. To make it worse have to wait a couple of days before I can buy the part from VW.
They stopped selling parts to the public, they only sell to the garage account holders, then the garage charge's the customer extra money. Better of going main dealers at least you know how much the part cost.
