We visited for a few bits and bobs while on holiday. We had the pleasure of being served by a cashier called Lizzie. 100% the nicest and most helpful Tesco employee that I've ever dealt with. I hope her managers appreciate her. She's a real treasure.
Because I'm disabled I have kidney failure I always look for the very young girl with very short hair and a small topknot hair. Went to her for the second time today with my wife and I told my wife few weeks ago what a bubbly fantastically helpful girl she was. When we walked past said to my wife jump in here quick. My wife went through first and she was in a sling after breaking her humerous in half. The young girl who's name I never took was very concerned for her then I said to my wife this is the caring fantastic girl who saw me last week and packed my bags. I remind her who I was and she remembered me. You have to give this girl employee of the month or week whatever you do because she's a keeper. Just wish everyone was like her and we would have a fantastic world. She is a credit to you well done Tesco ystrad
I was shopping for tea with my two-year old who had just finished a day at pre-school and is often irritable afterwards. She managed to reboot the shop and scan handheld most of the way through the shopping, then tried to climb in the childs' seat of the trolley, but couldn't fit, and had a meltdown. One of the self-service staff came over and handed her some charity tokens which calmed her down completely. After being awake in the early hours, then working before this, this sort of help was so appreciated and completely destressed the situation. Well done Tesco Ystrad!
Good store. Helpful and polite staff. Produce is good quality, nice wide isles and decent amount of maned tills.
I'd like to thank the young lady who helped myself and my mum last night.nNeieve had clocked out and I was panicking because I had a lot of shopping, and I can't cope with the self service tills. I didn't realise the tills shut at 9pm, as I have recently separated from my husband who would take over those jobs. Daily things that people take for ganted. It may sound silly to some, but I was out if my depth because I'm in new territory and learning to do things slowly for myself again. I started to go into a bit of a panic attack and the young lady saw my stress. She very kindly opened a till for us and put all our shopping through, although she was not on the clock anymore. This kind act made a HUGE difference to mine and my mum's day. We have had a difficult few months and the self service machines don't tend to like us so it was a little added stress that we didn't need might sound silly to some but by staying on that little bit for us, took a lot less effort, stress and anxiety away. This is the only way I can explain how grateful I am without telling the world my life. So please forward my gratitude to this young lady. She is a credit to your company.nnMany thanks for your time.
