What a shambles. Spent almost an hour shopping at the Neath store, only to find not a single manned till in operation. I asked for one to be opened, only to be told by a supervisor “ask **** to help you” and then walk away. All the ‘self service’ tills seemed to have problems, and the person who was supposed to ‘help’ me was disappearing between other problems.nIn the end, I put my shopping on a conveyor, and left with my trolley - even though it’s my local store, I will NEVER be returningnAlso strange how there isn’t an email contact for them to complain, so I’ll do it here as a review. Worst customer service ever.
One of my favourite breakfast haunts. Good value, great portions and friendly staff. Can get very busy, especially at the weekend. However the ultimate breakfast will sort you out for a day!
My daughter and I took advantage of the kids eat free with a paying adult. Nice little meal that satisfied us. Thanks Morrisons.
The restaurant is a disgrace. Dirty tables, no spoons, no boiling water for tea, dirty floor and inability to produce even a cup of hot chocolate.
Nothing but bad experiences here. I don't go shopping here but I picked up a DPD parcel from here, a large parcel. The parcel needed to be returned and I was given a DPD return label and instructed to drop it off here and they would not accept it. Had a dark haired woman on customer services getting quite aggressive and defensive with me when I tried to reason with her about the fact that she says it's too large despite having it being fine when I picked it up from there, then had some bloke join in and team up against me which was quite unprofessional. Secondly, my partner went shopping there one day and paid for a ticket and was out in less than the allocated time but came back later in the day to look for some lost ear rings and she received a parking fine claiming she had been there for 7 hours!!! Tried to appeal with the parking company and they were not interested and now sending her threatening debt recovery letters. I would avoid this place at all costs and will be in future!
