Good Morrison’s store with lots of fab lunch on the go meal deal items. Love the bacon chops from here, sadly none left when we popped in, but we did get a hot chicken which was almost as good also great to see fast electric car chargers in the car park. This store is also located right on the town centre high street which is handy.
What the heck Morrisons?! Your cafe used to be fab. But your Deliveroo performance is shocking. I've just ordered some cold drinks and chocolate bulked up the order with a few bits for the cupboard. NONE of the things I wanted for tonight arrived. Half the order was out of stock. Not even substitutions, even though substitutions if out of stock was on. I did try calling, no answer. How could you not substitute for diet coke? Orange juice? A twirl? You have NO other similar options for these things?? I'm so disappointed. I've just paid good money for you to deliver none of the things I wanted.nIf I have to find a silver lining, at least I know where not to order from.
It is a great shame that morrisons have had to employ parking eye to monitor their car park, as they are not a nice company to deal with and a £100 fine is outrageous.nHad an issue with a PCN there recently which was resolved by the store manager,Jeremy, who couldn't have been more helpful and understanding and thank you.nAlways found the staff there hard working and helpful and don't understand some of the bizarre negative comments left by some people.
Really shocking customer service experienced today. At the checkout there was an elderly lady in front of us who clearly needed help packing and after asking the staff member not to scan our stuff after the lady finished her packing I was given a look that could cut glass. I helped the lady finish her packing despite the staff member glowering at us. Poor service and even worse attitude. Train your staff to be better.
Easy parking can stop for 30 mins without buying a ticket. Any longer you pay for parking, but it gets refunded against your shopping in Morristons.
