I'm not a lover of Ballymena Tesco. The staff arent the nicest in my experience, so I prefer to shop somewhere else.nI nipped in here to get a few things I needed for a funeral/wake. It had everything I needed and good priced quality mugs had to buy a few extra too.nI was there early in the morning so not many about thankfully.
Toilets were poor only one work and toilet roll throwing in not on the holder.nnNo mirrors or fitting rooms for trying clothes on either. Why buy something if you don't know it fits to have to return it
Good store well stocked plenty of parking with good spacing .recycling for glass and clothing with tesco fuel station on site and gardening essentials instore. toilets and foreign money exchange also handy restaurant up stairs
Great store,shelfs well stacked, clean,nice staff,needs a little work with the checkouts but in rest all good,could've use 2 exits from carpark as it could be really busy at times, especially for Christmas or Easter shopping. Not too bad.
Tesco store in Ballymena is up the creek I went to customer service to get refund and ended up being charged again for returning 4 spicy sardines so they ended up giving me change because they couldn’t alter it to refund on the Machine. Bought some fresh tangerines and they’re sour! Also the old checkouts with pay by cash/card take too long to read barcodes and am expected to wait 5 to 10 sec per item is not on and infuriating .
