Me and my sister were in at dunelm Ballymena cafe today. It was absolutely horrific! We both got soup, water and tea. The water came with bits of dirt floating in the water. The milk came in a very very dirty glass bottle also with bits floating in the milk!!! The tea cups were so filthy we simply could not digest anything. We are so horrified and immediately left!! So appalled. Do not go to this cafe!!!!!
Store is not planned well and seems very cluttered. Haphazard displays randomly placed in other departments makes it very difficult to locate what you really want to buy. Check out staff unhelpful, especially Duty Manager who didn't seem to get that helping customers might be good customer service. Not the neat, organised & friendly store it used to be.

Store looks like it's closing down but may be getting a face lift items staked up here and there with some good bargains worth a look good parking
Won’t answer the phone. ! Ballymena store. !nPhoned over 20 times no answer, placed an order for click and collect x2 items cancelled. Tried ringing store no answer must be to busy on their phones./ talking. Coleraine is a much better store and much better run. At least they answer the phone.
