Just called into the range Ballymena to look at their Christmas lights display to see what lovely lights they might have this year and they’re all switched off apparently their head offic tells them to switch them off at 6pm every day? What about 6pm to 10pm? they telling me to visit the shop during the day time??? Employee didn’t care on the phone very rude I’ll never be back here good luck selling your lights before Christmas whenever they’re switched off I phoned the store to share my thoughts on this and staff didn’t care at all they just simply said come during the day time and that was it!! Never again after 7 years of buying a fortune of Christmas lights I shall be taking my business elsewhere

Staff go far too quick,on the tills  I am crutches, they watch you struggle. Staff shout across the floor at the eachother. No assistance offered, cues very long. aisles in freezer too narrow for rollator and wheelchairs.

Worth to visit. Plenty of different stuff for home improvements. Some products have decent prices compared to other shops. Positive experience. Interesting stuff. Friendly staff.

All and more, great variety of goods from food products to furnishings, decor, drapery, stationery, tools, garden products and electrical . Conveniently under one roof. Great store.

I bought a out side table 3 years ago, with some of the money my late mummy left me, it was around £300  and I thought the Range was good quality, it is well looked after, They said No it is not under warranty, I would have been happy 4 them to fix it up....?

Good big shop, nice makeup but most of the time things are opened and tested leaving few on shelf!! Good Iceland and good prices

The range is good value, with alot of options. Lovely home decor options in various colours, good art supply area and seasonal for good prices. The staff can sometimes be very friendly at the tills however there is a handful of staff that don't communicate and prefer to talk to colleagues without even making eye contact with you.

Easy to find what I was looking for.  Pleasant staff!

It’s one of those generic places really that sells loads of oddball bits and pieces that you needed but didn’t know you needed kinda deal

Any items are overpriced, the stock in-store compared to what is online is appalling and the idiots working there have not a clue about most items they sell.
