Amazing store with everything you could want. Staff so helpful. Garden centre amazing and so tidy. Been in loads of multi stores and this one beats them all
Want to say how helpful , pleasant and brill the staff are in The Range Ballymena. Enjoy shopping here as having great staff in this store make every shop a great experience. The staff which went above and beyond were called Melissa , Kirsty and Tyrone. Thankyou all for being so helpful at the Range .
I live in Magherafelt, we go the the range off and on, but when the Christmas stock comes in we are the first there and always find something to bring home. Also carries alot of other stock and always handy when you need something quickly most of the time you will find it there.
The garden center part is a bit of a mess , needs a good tidy up . As usual there wasn't enough tills open and the queue was about 15 to 20 people . Other than that I got a couple of things , not exactly what I went in to get ....
I went in today to get cardboard for a project I was doing, three female members of staff treated me something they had stood in! One older female was so ignorant and they followed me round the store and continued her abuse towards me. I’ve never experienced anything like it, all because I disrupted their pile of cardboard that I had permission to take! I went straight to management and reported her. Most of the staff are lovely and helpful but these three need to work on their customer service skills.
