On numerous visits with our little boy, have found the selection to be excellent and prices reasonable. All of the staff we’ve encountered have been very pleasant, especially the woman who let our son use the toilet in an emergency.
Absolutely DISGUSED with this store. Was in queue for Prismatic Evolutions release, which was supposed to be 1 PER PERSON, but they were selling multiples to families and we missed out because of them. Absolute disgrace to have a rule put in place by management yet they can't even follow their own rule!
Good selection, but still look8ng for elusive mini stitch model. Kind staff gave me a freebee stitch keyring
Recently purchased a fire guard for my granddaughter. And found the staff very unhelpful. I had her in her large buggy she’s can’t be left in the car alone. I was seen by at least 3 members of staff while I tried to get the fire guard to the till to pay for. Which was extremely hard work! I would have expected someone at least to say can I carry that to the till etc but nope! Not even the fella that took payment offered to help me to the car! Very bad customer service
Very helpful and friendly staff plenty of toys they sell child seats as well everything under one roof.
