Car park is badly designed, with cars nearly always failing to stop at the zebra crossing and driving too fast. Parking spaces are long, but narrow, meaning unless your careful you doors will bang into someone else's car. The store itself is a nightmare, with the front entrance nearly always having someone walk right in front of you with a trolley. The toilets in Costa stink like a sewer. The store design is poor, and as they keep changing everything, people get confused and wonder up and down looking for things. The scan as you shop checkouts are too small and often get packed out at busy times. This place needs a major revamp to bring it into the 21st century.

A usual Big Tesco. Groceries, fresh & frozen foods, News & Mags, cafe, toilets, downstairs. Upstairs (up the travelator) clothing, household & electrical, phones, toys etc. Plenty of car parking, outside and under cover. Plus recycling points in the carpark

Used shop and scan for the first time. Pretty good. Top tip, pack into bags as you shop. Saves a lot of time at the checkout
