This outlet can get surprisingly busy but the friendly and good natured staff cope well. Been to one Costa, been to them all, but this one has a great atmosphere. Limited outside seating, by the car park. I like this one better than the Costa in the town.

Very quiet staff who are very slow. No urgency at all. The people in line are irritable. So far 2 people have walked out the line. Tables uncleared. Sat here myself Food finished still with previous peoples plates and cups. Positive on bacon roll which is good. Coffee not as good. COSTA MARSH BARTON is far superior in every capacity.

My husband and I regularly visit this coffee shop, often 2 or 3 times a week and we always receive a warm and friendly welcome. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff and we have never been disappointed with the products we have purchased. I require a gluten free diet and there's even a selection of cakes for me, not always available in other coffee shops. However of late we have been a little disappointed to find the shop has had to close at 1800 hrs, we both work until at least 1700 and by the time we get to the shop we either have very little time to enjoy our drinks or worse than that we are too late and they are closing. We understand that this is due to staffing issues. We see the same faces enjoying the Costa experience each time we go and know that through the day it's often difficult to find a seat which indicates that it must be a popular store. Please Costa SORT THIS OUT.

I went in this store today to have a bit of lunch me and my family.. although the staff was lovely and kind. The only reason we got a clean table was because we cleaned it ourself and when our food came the plates had some black marks on top where my food was and the bottom was absolutely disgusting I believe it was food and what ever else on there. I have taken pics and food was cold. I always used to like this place but this has put me off for life.

This morning was the third visit. ....on each occasion the americano was water flavoured with a hint of coffee ! My wife being an ex manager of the group asked the assistant to remake it! Made little difference .......Needless to say will not be returning .
