Was at the opticians, in this Boots branch. I suspected that I had a cataract. The optician was very helpful, though and understanding. Turns out I was correct. He referred me to the hospital promptly and explained everything clearly. Only gave 4 stars as I never used any other part of the store.

An excellent Boots with plenty of choice. Excellent customer service and the store is kept very neat and tidy.

The sales are really great.  

There's plenty of space to navigate around with a pram.
