Three visits in the last week. Visit one: the items were not ready, so they asked me to come back in half an hour. I did. Then they said that my prescription had not been signed off by the pharmacist as it was under the basket!! The pharmacist was not there and they did not know where she was. They went to look for her, but after a further wait of 15 minutes, I left as I had another appointment. Visit two: I arrived at 14:18 and a sign was up saying that they were at lunch between 14:10 and 15:10. Why do they have to close completely? In all, a poor experience and I still did not have my prescription. Special journey to the Pharmacy the following day: pharmacist served me and she was very smiley and friendly. Pity about some of the other staff!

I'm a diabetic so require constant medication which is ordered through NHS app and should take 3 days to get ready come in today to pick up a prescription ordered over a week ago and get told it's not done because of the increased amount of prescriptions they are accepting my blood sugars are now dropping because of the increased waiting time great service Kevin and blonde haired rude staff member who suggested if I don't like it I should go elsewhere cos Tesco's do not want to increase staff

Turned up to flu jab appointment only to be told that they were on holiday and so couldn't do the appointment. In the pharmacy assistant's own words "we've been told to suggest all people who come in today that we may be able to fit them in on Tuesday but we did not know in advance so couldn't have contacted them" Since they'd been turning people away all day they obviously had sufficient time to contact others even if only same day. Poor service and even then assistant was unsure of how to do refunds and suggested it was better to just return without rebooking the appointment and they might be able to fit me in

Awful service.  I have to wait days/weeks for a prescription.  I tried two days/evenings to contact them on the phone but no one ever picks it up! If I could give a zero star rating I would but unfortunately I have to give a minimum of one star.  Disgusting pharmacy.

Tesco Pharmacy Copdock. They never stick to their displayed opening times. They come and go when they please. Very very inconvenient when Customer has no idea if they will be open or not. I have had to give one Star as it won't allow me to give no Stars.

Service is steadily getting worse. They're now nable to fullfill repeat prescriptions within 96 hours!

They can never get you what you've been prescribed and good luck trying to get your call answered!!! They, as a matter of policy, do NOT answer phone calls unless they're done eating their cream buns or whatever it is they're mysteriously doing instead of answering the phone.  I changed dispensary as a result of this but alas, my current dispenser is no different!!!

Awful, they didn't give me an owing note on some items that were still due to me and have been waiting sine the end of Feb 23, phoned 3 times to check when I would get my items and called In but no one ever said about owing slip, so tesco pharmacy cancelled my items to claim the money for what they had dispend for one of my items and never bothered to update me. Such poor service, a careless attitude. I won't be using them again

Came here for advice as my son had what I thought was chickenpox showed photos of the spots. The pharmacist informed me it definitely was not and to just give him ibuprofen. It’s a good job I went against this advice of giving ibuprofen as it was chickenpox my son had and you cannot give ibuprofen to someone with chickenpox. My doctor was appalled with the medical advice I received!!

My local pharmacy sometimes really good some staff are so lovely.  But there are staff who are rude and argumentative and not helpful and judgemental. Pick your days if you go regular. Very rare to answer phone.
