It used to be an excellent service with the previous Management. Unfortunately, since it is under new Management it looks like they don't care much about their patient and customers. I was left to deal with my surgery about my Dad's repeated prescription because they are not well educated how to do it.nYou came here all of a sudden and took over a business which was built up for years - you should put on some effort otherwise you will lose your customers. I am moving to Kesgrave Tesco!!!nAfter 4 days waiting to hear back from you - all I heard was only excuses!!
Very poor attitude on the telephone when I called to rebook a Flu vaccine for an elderly neighbour who had unfortunately missed her apt, as it hadn't been written down for. They're was absolutely no understanding and they didn't have time to revist.nA very poor attitude to supporting vulnerable adults.
Amazing staff incredibly kind and helpful. Lovely range of unusual gifts too as well as everything you would hope for in a professionally run Pharmacy. I would always recommend using their Services. Thank you so much for all the help you have given me and my Family and Friends xx
Had by flu and covid jabs here. No queue. Staff were friendly and professional. Excellent injection technique - didn't feel a thing!
Went for our covid jabs: Kesgrave Pharmacy are calm, friendly and organised and explain everything fully . They were doing walk-in youngsters, 2nd jabs and boosters. This must be the future for all vaccinations: use the resources of well-trained pharmacists in local chemists. A pleasant experience for 'customers' , a boost for small local businesses and it allows GPS and their medical staff to concentrate on their other work. We were so impressed. Come on NHS, make this the norm. Thank you Kesgrave Pharmacy.
