Last year I had cause to complain having been left, along with 4 other customers, waiting for prescriptions to be filled while the pharmacist chatted with a rep. for some 20 minutes.
This week my wife arrived from the doctors at 6.25 wanting one item, just prescribed, to be told that this could not be done before the 6.30 closing, leaving a 77 year old lady to find and get to another chemist.
If you are looking for assistance and advice I suggest you also find another chemist.
