I have seen a huge change in this pharmacy of late, a lot more efficient. The staff are always friendly and helpful but that was never an issue, just glad they seem to have adopted a different system.

This place improved a lot! New organisation, prescriptions on time, awsome promotions, a lot of products half prize, staff ready to help you anytime and much better management.

Nice enough staff but very poor organisation and communication. I routinely phone to check my prescriptions are ready to collect, this routinely takes 5-10 minutes to deal with, they routinely assure me the prescriptions are ready, and yet I routinely have to wait for 14-30 minutes because of a problem. In addition, I'm often given an IOU and have to go back. Naturally, in my time. Despite phoning, visiting and waiting to collect already. 

Please Lloyds, sort yourselves out. And don't tell me again - when I believe I deal with these recurring problems calmly - that I could always choose another chemist!
