Horrendous customer service. If I could give it zero stars I would. I hadn’t yet finished my shopping and speaking to my partner when this middle aged woman with dark black short hair creeps up on me from the back to tell me to scan my bags now. I said I would add it on the end cause I don’t know how many I’ll need. But she waited until I scanned it to walk away. There’s a good 7 of them stood at check out just talking absolute nonsense and good at looking busy. If you’re that concerned sweetheart open the tills and you scan it. Unfortunately I didn’t see her name tag but I’ll definitely stick to Asda next time. Disposable.
They NEVER remove security tags from anything at the self checkout even if you get IDed for it. You’re always forced to go up to them after you’ve paid, they ask for your receipt even after watching you scan and pay for everything and painstakingly check through every item before removing the tag. Way to make your paying customers feel like criminals guys.
Everything you could ask of for a lge Tesco helpful staff and checkouts with people as well as self checkout and scan as you shop large carpark petrol station and carwash area
I usually go later at night, much quicker, quieter than during the day.
Ordered a ham and cheese panini as picture on menu looked good. What I received was not worth the £4.25! There was a long queue as it was lunch time otherwise I would have taken it back
