First time ordered from here I must to say very good services and very fast delivery ever been order Thai food online. The products is fresh what you on the web. I am highly recommend for Thai or any nationality. Last one price cheaper!!

Purchased over £120 for free delivery new customer clicked wrong delivery box so will not refund even though on order I asked delivery is Free ? in question box for order.Poor customer service response slow terrible all my items arrived I do not wish for £12 of food instead of postage only to have to pay postage again. If I had purchased £30 of items and clicked free postage would you have sent free? I think not. I want delivery fee back honour your advertising Read the customers requests before you send. I would have liked to have uploaded a snap shot of my order and comments so that the public can see that I have payed over £120 and I have asked if the delivery is free shown clearly. My wife is thai and we live in Belfast, she love this place as she can get what ever food she needs from here, just like her home in Thailand. They will post what ever you need to your home. Big thank you to the girls and the coffee yesterday

Based on the reviews that most of customers who visited the store seemed happy. However, the first time when I ordered online , it took me almost 3 days to finish my order off as when I tried to check out most of products are out of stock due to current situations which is understandable. The stuffs arrived safely, well packed although by using bubble wrap would have saved more space and a less cost on delivery. The second time I tried to order still same issue that appeared on their website but this time I was unable to pay due to email address problem. Even though tried with different email address, still didn't work. Ended up calling them during working hours but no answers so DM via social but took a while to address the issue by that time it was kind of late to order the stuff that I wanted as I has to be kind of fresh etc. Spoke to couples people they had same issues as well lol. I thought it might have been me!! But it was not.

Very nice first toy shop adversity so I wasn't sure what to expect was a bit smaller than I was expected and of course there was quite a few things I didn't know what they were the lady in the shop was very friendly are sheriff had asked should have been able to help me but I was able to find the stuff I was after

Good variety of products but very poor customer service ! Not helpful. I had problem with the delay delivery, tried to contact them but was impossible, phone never worked and never responded to my enquiry. They eventually replied to my email but refused to help, instead, saying that has nothing to do with them. When asked to have the refund, as vegetables were all off due to the delay of delivery, they said I am lucky enough they would refund only half of the damaged products which they don’t have to. ....This is how they run their biz.

Small but has a lot of stuff. Dont miss the refrigerated vegetable room. We nearly walked past without noticing.

Friendly and well-stocked Thai shop located in an industrial unit close to the centre of Wigan. Prices seem fair compared to some other places and would be happy to use them again.
