I find the staff cheerful and pleasant. Ok not professional customer service, but what do you expect for min wage. I doubt they're trained much.

The store smells funny, there's a poor selection of foods compared to other Heron stores and I saw one of the shop's workers walk outside the shop and throw litter on the floor just outside the door. Won't be visiting the shop again.

Very poor customer service from people that I am amazed work in retail! Never say thank you or possess any basic retail skills!
