Tesco Extra

I have been getting my grocery orders from tesco for a number of years,firstly from Bangor branch then holyhead,In all the years the Bangor branch only let me down once and that was due to snow.Since holyhead took over deliveries I have rarely a week gone by before I have to complain and mainly about a basic food item i.e. bread firstly they seem to delight in putting bread rolls in the bottom of a bag and then putting tinned goods on top which makes them unuseable,And now they cannot supply a fresh uncut loaf as they have changed their store hours and I was asking for a delivery too early i.e.8-12 so with their advice I changed it to 3-4pm and still no bread!!!.What a shambles and very poor management.I have osteoarthritis in the spine and find shopping difficult so most weeks I have to go out shopping to get the items tesco have let me down by not supplying, although they did send a bar of chocolate that was not ordered and charged £1:50 for it.

Bought item on line. In theory you only have to present purchase number from mobile to customer service desk. This should save you time and not have to queue. Unfortunately this did not work today. Several customers were serviced before me

Carol on the dot com team was incredibly rude today! Definitely should not be working around people with those poor manners, even speaking to staff very rudely, the poor boy was only asking about his shift and she kept her back to him and barely answered him and when she did it was one worded answers! Definitely coming to make a complaint about the service I was given by this Carol!
